Ventura Transfer Company Enables Lyondell Chemical To Transload Jet Fuel Additive

Los Angeles, CA – May 23, 2007 — Ventura Transfer Company (VTC), a pioneer in the transloading and distribution of bulk products shipped throughout the United States, today announced that it is working with Lyondell Chemical Company, one of the world’s largest chemical manufacturers, a refiner of heavy, high-sulfur crude oil and a significant producer of fuel products.

Ventura Transfer Company will provide transloading capability of a chemical “deicer” for use in jet fuel. The deicer prevents the fuel from thickening at high altitudes.

The chemical is transloaded from rail to truck at Ventura Transfer’s Wilimington facility and delivered to end-users. VTC transloads six railcars at a time ativan with no prescription every two weeks and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.
