Brian Oken, President and CEO
Brian has more than twenty years' experience managing, operating
and strategically positioning companies in both the public and private
sectors. Throughout his career, he has developed a reputation for
improving the operating performance and profitability of these organizations
as well as creating a desirable work environment.
During his decade-long tenure at Holga, Inc., a subsidiary of HON
INDUSTRIES, Brian's leadership, as president, enabled Holga to achieve
250% in revenue growth and significantly more than that in profit.
In 2001, Brian left Holga to join Ventura Transfer Company as its
president. He was given the mandate to increase revenue, profit,
and improve brand equity while maintaining VTC's 133-year legacy.
Under his guidance, VTC will seek to expand its operation base from
a predominantly regional presence to a broader national profile.

Randall J. Clifford, Chairman
In 1987, his father and former company CEO, Jack Clifford, named Randall
(Randy) President. Until 2001 Randy lead the 133-year-old company
with the
same forward thinking and concentrated vision as his father.
Deeply committed to civic involvement, Randy was elected president
of the
California Trucking Association in January of 2002. During his one-year
term
he led the nation's second largest trucking association (over 2000
members)
in one of the world's largest and most important economies through
a
multitude of legislative issues as well as concerns over terrorist
actions
and the stagnation of the economy. |
